The Project is a mixed-use housing development consisting of several components, as further described in the Application: - An affordable housing development; - Market-rate housing; - Vocational Training Center; - A retail/commercial development on the southwest corner of the site near the Arnold Drive roundabout; - A shared building that would house a child care/preschool and an adult day care facility; - A continuing care residential community including independent living, assisted living and memory care; - A hotel; and - Extensive open space including natural landscape features, bike and walking paths.
